Chemical Anchor Bolts
Glory Track chemical anchor bolts provide a reliable solution for concrete and masonry anchoring. Each set includes a high-grade steel bolt and a pre-measured chemical capsule filled with epoxy vinyl ester resin and quartz aggregate. The system ensures strong bonding, fast curing, and easy installation without mixing. Designed for durability and corrosion resistance, these chemical anchor bolts perform stably between -5°C and 40°C, making them ideal for heavy-duty structural and industrial applications.

Features of Chemical Anchor Bolts
High Strength & Fatigue Resistance: Chemical anchor bolts offer firm bonding and high pull-out strength, with performance close to embedded anchors.
Wide Temperature Range: The system operates stably between -10°C and 40°C, suitable for various on-site conditions.
Versatile Base Material Compatibility: It anchors securely in concrete, rock, aluminum and other materials—even in narrow spaces.
Non-Expansive Chemical Bonding: The resin provides a reliable hold without expansion, keeping the base material intact.
Quick & Clean Installation: Pre-measured chemical capsules eliminate mixing, enabling fast installation with minimal mess.

Main Applications of Chemical Anchor Bolts
Glory Track chemical anchor bolts deliver strong, reliable performance in dense substrates such as concrete from C25 and above, as well as load-bearing natural stone. They are widely used for anchoring steel structures, machinery bases, road barriers, façade and curtain-wall systems, elevator installations, pipe supports, tower cranes, racks, guardrails, and heavy equipment foundations.
These anchors are ideal for close-edge installation, narrow structural components, multi-point baseplate fixing, and applications requiring stable load transfer under vibration. They are also suitable for composite structures where steel and concrete work together. Stainless steel A4 anchors can be used in outdoor, humid, industrial, and near-shore environments, while galvanized and A4 anchors are not recommended for chloride-rich spaces such as swimming pools.
Installation Guide
1. Drilling:Use a professional rotary hammer drill to create the hole in the base material.
2. Hole Cleaning:Blow out dust with compressed air, then brush the hole walls. Repeat air-blow and brushing several times until the hole is thoroughly cleaned.
3. Insert the Chemical Capsule:Check the resin capsule for proper fluidity, then place it into the hole until it reaches the bottom.
4. Install the Anchor Rod:Use an anchor rod with a 45° chamfer at the tip. Drive the rod with a power tool until it reaches the bottom and confirm that resin rises to the hole opening.
5. Curing:Do not disturb the anchor during curing. Refer to the curing time chart before loading.
6. Tighten the Fixture:After curing is complete, mount the fixture and tighten the nut using the recommended torque.
FAQ About Chemical Anchor Adhesive
1. Does the chemical anchor have a temperature requirement during installation?
Yes. You can install it above -5°C without major issues. Keep the capsules indoors for insulation and take only what you need. Drill the hole, clean it well, and install the anchor quickly. Maintain temperature after installation. The curing time becomes longer in cold weather, so start the next step after about 72 hours to ensure full strength.
2. When can I perform a pull-out test after installation?
Curing time depends on the resin type, so follow the instructions on the label. In normal conditions, chemical anchors fully cure in about 24 hours. For safety and accurate results, avoid doing any pull-out test within the first 24 hours.
3. How should I store the chemical anchor adhesive?
Store it in a cool, dry place at 5°C–25°C. The shelf life is 12 months. If the product exceeds this period, test it first. You can continue to use it if all mechanical properties still meet the required standards.
4. How should I transport the chemical anchor adhesive?
The product is non-toxic and non-dangerous. You can transport it as general construction chemicals. Keep the packages intact and avoid damage, sunlight, rain, tilting, or overturning during transport.
