3120 Rail Clip
The 3120 rail clip (3120/17/38) is an adjustable crane rail clip engineered to fix light-duty rails in demanding applications. Designed with a low-profile body and heavy-duty bolted structure, it can withstand a horizontal side load of 75 kN (7.6 tonnes). This makes it a reliable rail clamp for cranes fitted with guide rollers, as well as industrial tracks and light railway systems.

Installation of 3120 Rail Clip
Installing the 3120 bolted rail clamp is straightforward and efficient:
- Insert & Position
Place the fixing bolt through the rail support and align the clip with the rail flange. - Initial Tightening
Lightly tighten until the rubber block compresses and the base contacts the support. - Final Tightening
Torque the nut to the specified level to lock the clip securely.
Torque Values:
- Grade 8.8 bolt: 390 Nm
- Grade 10.9 bolt: 600 Nm
