W116 rail clip
The Glory Track W116 rail clip is a welded base rail fixing designed for reliable and durable clamping of heavy-duty crane rails. Its compact, low-profile design makes it ideal for cranes fitted with horizontal guide rollers or installations with limited vertical clearance.
Engineered to withstand a maximum side load of 130 kN (13.3 tonnes), this welded rail clip delivers exceptional lateral restraint and vibration resistance. The forged upper part, together with the vulcanized rubber block, ensures constant pressure on the rail flange—maintaining secure alignment even under dynamic crane movement or impact loads.
Features of W116 Rail Clip

Installation of W116 Rail Clip
- Step 1 – Weld Base
Weld the clip base to the support beam using 5 mm fillet welds, leaving the side parallel to the rail unwelded. Use low-hydrogen electrodes (AWS E7018 / E7028) for high-strength bonding. - Step 2 – Position Clip
Place the forged clip with the rubber block pressing firmly against the rail flange. - Step 3 – Insert and Tighten Bolts
Insert the M16 bolt and washer, tighten lightly until the clip contacts the rail firmly. - Step 4 – Final Torque
