ASCE 25 rail is named after its weight per yard, also known as the 25lb rail. It is the lightest rail in the ASCE series, with a weight of only 12.2 kg/m per meter. Advanced laser profilometry and ultrasonic gauges are used in-line to monitor head height and profile. Cross-sections are continuously matched to ASCE CAD references for geometric consistency.

Testing & Certification

Each batch undergoes ultrasonic, dimensional, and hardness testing. Factory test reports are provided, and third-party inspections can be arranged upon client request for added quality assurance.
