Torque Specifications
To ensure secure fastening, tightening torque must follow the correct grade:
Models 3116/13/36, 3120/17/38, 3220/17/38, 3224/20/44:
• 200 Nm for Grade 8.8 bolts
• 300 Nm for Grade 10.9 bolts
Model 3124/20/42:
• 600 Nm for Grade 8.8 bolts
• 750 Nm for Grade 10.9 bolts
Corrosion & Performance Protection for Bolted Rail Clips
All 3-series bolted rail clips can be treated with standard hot-dip galvanization or custom coating/paint, providing reliable protection in various industrial environments, including outdoor cranes, port equipment, and mining tracks. Each clip also comes with a vulcanized rubber block, offering vibration damping to reduce noise and mechanical wear, ensuring long-lasting performance under demanding conditions.
Installation Note:
- If rail pads are installed under the rails, select the short tongues (short vulcanized rubber blocks).
- Without rail pads, use the long tongues (long vulcanized rubber blocks) for optimal performance.
