9116 Rail Clip
The 9116 rail clip is a low-profile welded rail fixing designed for heavy crane rails in demanding industrial applications. Compact and reliable, it can withstand a horizontal force of 55 kN (5.6 tonnes), ensuring stability and safe operation even in tight spaces. Its minimal installation height allows compatibility with cranes fitted with horizontal guide rollers.

Installation of 9116 Rail Clip
The 9116 rail clip is designed for quick and secure welded installation.
- Weld Clip Base
Align the base with the rail centerline and weld all around except the side closest to the rail (4 mm fillet weld, low-hydrogen electrodes AWS E7018/E7028). - Insert Captive Bolt
Insert M16 captive bolt into the welded base and rotate until snug. - Position Clip Top
Place the clip top with rubber nose on the rail flange, ensuring metal-to-metal contact with base. - Align & Tighten
Lightly compress the rubber nose, tap clip toward the rail for alignment, then tighten nut to 125 Nm (Grade 8.8).
