South African Standard
South African Standard Rails are manufactured according to the technical specifications set by the South African Bureau of Standards (SABS).These rails are also called ISCOR rails (Iron and Steel Corporation of South Africa).It has significantly influenced South Africa’s railway industry, aiding in the construction of rail infrastructure and fostering economic growth. Although ISCOR rails are not as commonly used as UIC and AREMA rails, they are more commonly used in African countries. In addition to ISCOR standards, we also offer rails to ASCE, DIN536, JIS, British Standard, ISCR, Russian GOST and other standards.
