Installation Guide for 3220 Rail Clamp
Installing the 3220 rail clamp is straightforward and follows three key steps:
- Insert & Position
Place the fixing bolt through the rail support and position the forged clip with the rubber block against the rail flange. - Initial Tightening & Alignment
Lightly tighten until the rubber block compresses and the clip contacts the base. Align the clip by tapping toward the rail. - Final Tightening

- Grade 8.8 bolt: 200 Nm
