W120 Rail Clip
The GloryTrack W120 rail clip is a heavy-duty welded base rail fixing designed to secure crane rails and industrial tracks under extreme loading conditions. Built for high side load resistance up to 185 kN (18.5 t), it ensures long-term stability even in the toughest crane runway environments.
Thanks to its low-profile design, the W120 clip is ideal for cranes fitted with guide rollers and rail systems with limited clearance. This model offers reliable performance for port cranes, gantry cranes, and industrial rail systems where safety and alignment are critical.

Installation of W120 Rail Clip
Position the Base: Place the clip base on the support beam according to the rail alignment.
Welding:
Weld all around the clip base using 5 mm fillet weld (throat thickness).
Use low-hydrogen electrodes (AWS E7018 / E7028).
The base is made from weldable-grade steel.
Pad Consideration:
For rails without pad, omit weld closest to and parallel with the rail.
Bolt Tightening:
Tighten M20 bolt to 350 Nm torque until the rubber block compresses and the clip firmly secures the rail.
