9216 Rail Clip
The Glory Track 9216 rail clip is a double-bolt welded base fixing designed for heavy-duty rail systems. Its twin-bolt structure provides superior clamping stability and distributes load evenly across the rail flange—ideal for high-capacity crane rails, steel mill tracks, and industrial railways.
With a maximum side load of 165 kN (16.8 tonnes), this low-profile rail clip ensures safe and durable fastening even under intense vibration and lateral stress. The vulcanized rubber block delivers controlled pressure, reducing noise and wear while maintaining firm, precise rail positioning.

Installation of 9216 Rail Clip
- Weld Base
Weld the clip base on all sides except the one parallel to the rail, using 4 mm fillet weld (low-hydrogen electrodes AWS E7018/E7028). - Position Clip
Place the forged clip with vulcanized rubber so the rubber nose presses firmly against the rail flange. - Insert and Tighten Bolts
Insert both M16 captive bolts and washers, tighten lightly until full contact is achieved. - Final Adjustment
Tap clips toward the rail for alignment, then torque both nuts to 125 Nm.
