A65 Crane Rail
A65 crane rail is a DIN 536 crane rail profile designed for crane runways, overhead cranes, gantry cranes, and other industrial material-handling systems. With a 65 mm rail head, 175 mm base width, and 43.1 kg/m nominal weight, it provides a stable rail section for medium-load crane applications. - Cut-to-Length Rails
A65 rail can be supplied in standard or project-specific lengths. Short rail sections are available for trolley tracks, transfer systems, and compact crane runways. - Rail End Machining
Rail ends can be machined for accurate joint fit and installation. End milling, facing, chamfering, and other end-finishing requirements can be prepared according to project specifications. - Surface Protection
Anti-rust oil, paint, or zinc-based coating can be applied when additional corrosion protection is required. The treatment can be specified according to storage, transportation, or service conditions. - Rail Straightening

Can A65 rail be installed on a steel structure?
Yes. A65 crane rail can be installed on steel runway beams or other supporting structures using a suitable fastening arrangement. Rail clips, pads, soleplates, and leveling components can be selected according to the support structure and installation method.
Does A65 crane rail require a rubber rail pad?
A rubber rail pad is not required for every A65 installation, but it can be used between the rail and supporting structure to help distribute contact pressure, accommodate minor surface irregularities, and reduce vibration. The pad specification should match the rail base and runway design.
Does A65 crane rail require corrosion protection for outdoor use?
Not necessarily. A65 rail can be used outdoors without additional corrosion protection in moderate environments, but protective treatment can help extend service life. For highly corrosive conditions, such as coastal areas, humid environments, or chemical plants, hot-dip galvanizing or protective paint can be considered.
