QU80 Rail
QU80 rail, also produced to YB/T 5055‑2014 specifications, also use U71Mn steel but feature a heavier profile at 63.69 kg/m. Their reinforced head‑width and web thickness deliver higher load capacity and outstanding toughness for more demanding environments. Commonly applied on heavier bridge cranes and container gantries at large construction sites and mid‑size port terminals, QU80 ensures stable operation under increased lifting cycles and moderate to heavy load conditions.
