MK2 Rail Rubber Pad (Individual Crane Rail Pad)

Glory Track Mk 2 rail rubber pad is engineered for discontinuous rail support systems where rails are mounted on individual sole plates.

This design is specially developed for rail systems where continuous support is not possible. Each rail pad fits precisely under the rail base, while the front and rear lips prevent movement during operation.

These crane rail rubber pads are made of wear-resistant and durable EVA material, making them ideal for high-intensity working conditions. They provide elastic support, absorb vibrations, and evenly distribute wheel loads, thereby ensuring rail stability.

The MK2 Rail Rubber Pad is engineered to deliver reliable elastic support and long-term performance for crane rail systems. When installed with Glory Track adjustable rail clips, the pad effectively reduces stress in the rail, grout, and concrete beneath the sole plate. It allows slight rail rotation to match the crane wheel profile, ensuring even wheel load distribution and enhanced track stability.

Recommended Rail Types

  • Light applications: Standard railway rails
  • Heavier wheel loads: QU70, ISCR100 and MRS87A taller rails
  • Not recommended: DIN 536 A-section rails (weak in vertical bending)
