Installation of TG50 Rail Clamp

  • Weld the Base – Attach the base plate to the crane beam using E4315 or E5015 low-hydrogen electrodes.
  • Position Components – Insert the T-bolt into the slot and slide it toward the rail until it’s fully seated.
  • Add the Wedge Plate – Place the wedge plate with the grooved surface facing upward.
  • Install Clamp & Tighten – Fit the press plate, washers, and nuts in sequence, then torque to the specified value (150–220 Nm).
  • Inspection – Ensure all components are firmly locked and free from lateral movement.
