Installation of WJK QU80 Rail Clamp
Pre-installation:
Ensure the crane beam surface is properly aligned and meets the design requirements. Rail joints must be accurately connected and leveled. Beam surface painting should be completed before installation.
Installation Steps:
- Weld the clip base onto the embedded steel plate.
- Insert the T-bolt and slide it into position.
- Place the wedge adjustment plate (with the grooved side facing upward).
- Sequentially install the rail clip, flat washer, spring washer, and nut.
- Adjust the wedge plate for fine positioning. After the clip firmly presses the rail flange, tighten the nut securely.
Installation Spacing:
Install one pair of rail clips on each side of the rail at intervals of 500–600 mm.
