3224 Rail Clip

Installation of 3224 Rail Clip
Installing the 3224 rail clip is simple and secure:
- Insert & Position
Place the fixing bolt through the supporting structure and align the forged clip so the rubber block presses against the rail flange. - Initial Tightening & Alignment
Lightly tighten until the rubber compresses and the clip base sits flush. Tap toward the rail for perfect alignment. - Final Tightening
Apply torque to lock the assembly securely.
Torque Specifications:
- Grade 8.8 bolt: 200 Nm
- Grade 10.9 bolt: 300 Nm
