TG43 Rail Clamp

The TG43 Rail Clamp, also referred to as WJK-TG43 rail clip, is a welded-type rail fixing system produced by Glory Track for securing P43 crane rails in heavy-duty industrial and material handling environments.
Made from Q235 or Q345 cast steel, this clamp provides excellent mechanical strength, precise alignment, and long-term stability under continuous dynamic loads.

Step 1 – Base Welding
Grind and clean the beam surface. Weld the base plate on the top flange using three-side or dual-side welds according to the crane load class. Ensure position accuracy within ±1.0 mm of beam centerline.

Step 2 – Bolt & Wedge Placement
Insert the T-bolt into the base slot and slide toward the rail. Place the wedge-shaped adjusting plate with the notched face upward.

Step 3 – Assembly & Tightening
Install the press plate, flat washer, spring washer, and nut sequentially. Adjust laterally to ensure full contact with the rail flange, then tighten to the specified torque ( Q>275 t, 220 Nm for heavy duty work).

Step 4 – Final Inspection
Check that all bolts are fully seated and that no play exists between the rail and the clamp.
