9120 Rail Clip
The Glory Track 9120 Rail Clip (9120/15/38) is a welded base fixing designed for heavy-duty crane rails and industrial rail systems. Its low-profile structure allows use on narrow steel beams, making it ideal for cranes with horizontal guide rollers.
With a maximum side load of 120 kN (12.2 t), this adjustable crane rail clip ensures secure, vibration-resistant rail fastening in the most demanding applications.

Installation of 9120 Rail Clip
- Mark & weld base
Mark clip base across rail centreline by the datasheet V dimension. Weld the base all around except the side nearest the rail using a 4 mm throat fillet with low-hydrogen electrodes (AWS E7018 / E7028). Continuous weld is possible if specified. - Insert captive bolt
Insert M20 captive bolt into the welded base and rotate clockwise until snug; indicator line should be 90° to the slot. - Place clip top
Put the clip top (with vulcanized rubber nose) over the bolt so the rubber rests on the rail flange and move top until metal-to-metal contact with the base edge. - Pre-tighten & align
Run nut down until rubber nose is compressed and base contacts support; do not apply full torque yet. Tap the clip top toward the rail with ~1 kg hammer along the slot direction to align. - Final torque
Tighten nut to 350 Nm (M20, Grade 8.8) as specified on the datasheet.
