Customer Requirement: Reliable Crane Rail Components
The customer is a professional crane supplier in Chile, providing crane equipment and related solutions for industrial applications. For this project, they needed crane rails with suitable fastening components to ensure stable installation and long-term operation.

3116 Rail Clamps for Secure Rail Fixation
Besides the rails and fishplates, the project included 4,256 sets of Type 3116 rail clamps.
Rail clamps play an important role in fixing crane rails to the supporting structure. The 3116 clamps provide a practical fastening solution for crane rail applications, helping maintain rail stability under repeated loading conditions.

Professional Packaging and Shipment to Chile
After production and inspection, all products were carefully prepared for shipment.
The ASCE85 rails and accessories were loaded into containers at Tianjin Port. Proper packing methods were used to protect the rails and components during long-distance sea transportation.
The shipment departed from Tianjin Port on February 4, 2026, and was transported to San Antonio Port, Chile.
