Customer Background
The customer is a distributor and maintenance service provider based in Belarus, specializing in solutions for mining and mineral processing equipment.
Their business covers wear-resistant castings, gear transmission components, large bearings, and sealing products for heavy-duty equipment, including crushers, ball mills, heavy vibrating screens, and classifiers.
For this crane maintenance project, the customer required specially processed crane rails with accurate bending dimensions and customized drilling holes to match the existing crane structure.

Different from standard GB50KG rails, which are normally supplied with factory-designed bolt holes, this project required additional machining according to the customer’s drawings.
The customer requested:
- Rail bending according to the provided drawings;
- Three holes with a diameter of 34 mm drilled at each rail end;
- Accurate hole spacing after bending.
The standard hole diameter of GB50KG rail is 31 mm. To meet the customer’s installation requirements, Glory Track processed the rails by bending first and enlarging the holes afterward.

Customized GB50KG Rail Bending Process
During production, the processing sequence was carefully controlled.
The rails were first bent according to the required radius. After confirming the bending shape, the original holes were enlarged to 34 mm at both ends.

This processing method helped ensure that:
- The rail curvature matched the customer’s drawings;
- The drilling position remained accurate after bending;
- The finished rails could be directly installed on the crane structure.
Compared with drilling before bending, machining after bending reduced the risk of hole position deviation caused by deformation during the bending process.
Hole Position and Dimension Verification
After drilling, the production team checked the customized holes and spacing according to the customer’s drawings.


Inspection photos were provided to confirm:
- Hole diameter;
- Hole position;
- Distance between holes.
The final processed GB50KG rails were completed with:
- Three Ø34 mm holes at each end;
- Accurate hole spacing;
- Required bending shape.
Packaging and Delivery
After final inspection, the 24 pieces of GB50KG rails were bundled securely for transportation.
The rails were delivered in early April by truck to the customer’s freight forwarder warehouse in Manzhouli, China.
From there, the customer’s logistics partner arranged the next transportation process.
