Glory Track supplied a complete fertilizer conveyor rail system for a rail replacement project at a fertilizer production plant in Pakistan.
This project was carried out through a local engineering service company, which was responsible for fabrication and installation. The end user was a fertilizer manufacturer requiring replacement of the existing conveyor rails.
The original rails installed in the facility were previously purchased from Germany. To improve the reliability of the material conveying system, the customer selected new A75 rails together with matching fastening components from Glory Track.

Fertilizer Conveyor Rail System Supplied by Glory Track
For this project, Glory Track provided a complete A75 fertilizer conveyor rail system, including rails and related fastening components.
The supplied products included:
- A75 rails
- Hot-dip galvanized anchor bolts
- Hot-dip galvanized hex bolts
- Steel sole plates
- Bolted rail clamps
The A75 rails were processed with diagonal cutting according to the customer’s installation requirements. The rail layout was designed with a 6-meter center-to-center distance to match the existing conveyor system structure.
To enhance corrosion protection for long-term industrial operation, the rails were sandblasted before delivery. The customer completed the final painting process after receiving the rails.
Quality Inspection Support Before Production
During the production period, Glory Track provided A75 rail samples for SGS inspection arranged by the customer’s engineering team.
By supplying samples in advance, the customer was able to verify the rail quality and confirm compliance before mass production.
This inspection support helped ensure smooth production and delivery for the fertilizer conveyor rail system replacement project.
Replacement of Existing Conveyor Rails
Before the upgrade, the fertilizer conveying system was equipped with old rails originally supplied from Germany.
After years of operation, the existing rails required replacement to maintain stable equipment movement and improve the reliability of the conveyor system.
