Glory Track supplied the complete automated warehouse rail system for the Haitian Group Nanning production base, one of China’s leading condiment manufacturers.
The system was designed for the stereoscopic (multi-level) automated warehouse, where high precision and smooth rail alignment are crucial to the movement of automated storage and retrieval equipment.
Project Overview
The Haitian stereoscopic warehouse rail system adopts P50 rails combined with 3120 bolt-type rail clamps.
The entire track structure is built on a concrete foundation reinforced with steel backing plates.
Each backing plate was anchored using chemical bolts and then embedded in cement to form stable pier foundations, ensuring long-term load-bearing performance and alignment stability.
Since the project operates indoors, the corrosion protection requirements were moderate.
Glory Track adopted electro-galvanizing for most fittings, providing sufficient protection while maintaining an efficient and cost-effective solution.

Inspection and Quality Control
Before delivery, all rails and fittings were carefully inspected to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality consistency.
The inspection reports included detailed measurement comparisons between design drawings and actual product dimensions, confirming compliance with project specifications.
The inspection also verified the flatness and precision of steel backing plates, ensuring the rail alignment would meet the accuracy requirements of automated warehouse systems.
All items passed internal QC checks and customer acceptance before installation.
